Effective date: July 7, 2026
GLP Guideline ("we," "us") operates glpguideline.com, an independent education and referral website for GLP-1 weight-loss care. We are a marketing affiliate — not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you provide. If you enter your email address to receive our cost guide or other content, we collect that email address. If you answer the optional on-site questionnaire (for example, your weight-loss goal or timeline), those responses are collected as described in the Consumer Health Data section below.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location, device type). This relies on cookies and similar technologies. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
We use your email address to deliver the content you requested and to send related educational emails, which you can opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email. We use analytics data to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only with the vendors that run this site: MailerLite (email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), and Vercel (website hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. If you continue to our telehealth partner's site, anything you submit there is governed by their privacy policy, not ours — including their health intake. We never see your medical records, intake answers, or treatment information.
Some information you may choose to share with us — such as a weight-loss goal selected in our questionnaire — may be considered "consumer health data" under laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act. We collect this data only when you voluntarily provide it, and only to personalize the educational content and referral experience you asked for. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above. You may withdraw consent, or request access to or deletion of this data, at any time by emailing hello@glpguideline.com. We will respond within 45 days. If your request is refused, you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Questionnaire responses and analytics data are retained in aggregate form for up to 26 months.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@glpguideline.com. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, which does not affect your ability to use the site.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you by email.
